With whom do we share your personal data?

Group companies (cf. our website) inter alia for administration purposes and central services, for personnel development, and for potential assignments at these group companies

Does your personal data go abroad?

Yes, this is possible, to the EEA or UK, in connection with some online services to the USA, but exceptionally to any country in the world (conceivable primarily with online services that we use).

If it is a country without adequate data protection, we conclude contracts (so-called EU Standard Contractual Clauses), but may also rely on consent on a case-by-case basis or transfer data abroad because it is necessary for the performance of a contract, where it concerns data published by you, or it is necessary for legal proceedings abroad.
