Are you a data enthusiast who loves turning complexity into actionable insights? As our CRM Manager (80-100%) in Zürich Wiedikon, you will produce the solid data that drives our sales strategy, optimizing the customer journey across sales, marketing, and customer service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Database 
  • Manage the overall structure of the HubSpot CRM, taking ownership of data quality and ensuring the system is built to scale with business needs.
  • Set up robust data rules, streamline cleanup processes, and ensure seamless integration with internal systems like Snowflake.
  • Scout, implement, and manage supplier contracts for additional tools that enrich the CRM environment, such as UserGems, ZoomInfo, and Aircall.
Sales Operations
  • Design and improve sales processes within HubSpot, customizing tools to support pipeline stages, accurate forecasting, and seamless deal tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong automations, automated data uploads, and workflows to boost productivity and minimize user errors across the sales team.
Marketing Operations & Segmentation
  • Plan and optimize marketing automation across multi-channel communication strategies, including email campaigns, the FELFEL app, and Mailchimp for B2C data.
  • Deliver personalized, dynamic content to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the exact right time.
  • Build advanced customer segments and maintain accurate lists to support highly targeted marketing and sales strategies.
Customer Service Operations
  • Oversee customer service tools in HubSpot, managing tickets, live chats, and feedback systems while integrating AI categorization to improve response times.
  • Reporting, Leadership & Compliance
  • Create and manage live dashboards to track target achievements, deal statuses, and cross-departmental engagement KPIs.
  • Generate compelling, data-driven insights and overarching CRM trends for leadership to steer daily business and strategic decisions.
  • Train and support front-line team members, empowering them to use HubSpot effectively and maximize the platform's value.
  • Ensure all CRM practices and data models strictly adhere to data protection laws, keeping the system compliant and secure (e.g., GDPR).

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience as a CRM Specialist or Data Manager, ideally within a B2B Marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems and transform them into straightforward, actionable solutions.
  • Extensive hands-on experience using and administering CRM platforms, with a strong preference for deep HubSpot expertise.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools and an advanced, passionate proficiency in Excel.
  • Kack for looking beyond the obvious to find data-driven answers that move the company forward.
  • High stress resistance with the capacity to keep a cool head and aim high in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Great sense of humor to keep things light and fun, even on busy days.
  • Fluency in English is an absolute must; knowledge of German and French is a strong plus.

  • Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
