As our new Customer Service Agent (min. 24h/week, hybrid) in Lausanne, you will be the main point of contact for our customers and ensure they feel well taken care of in every interaction. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming emails, feedback, and calls professionally and efficiently. You live by our motto: “There is always a solution, never a problem.”
  • Process and resolve customer inquiries in a structured way to ensure proactive, long-term quality improvement.
  • Improve our customer service processes continuously to help take FELFEL to the next level of service.
  • Exchange ideas with team members and share know-how to maintain consistent, high-quality customer support.
  • Collaborate across different FELFEL departments, such as Hardware, Operations, and Quality Control, to broaden your understanding of our processes.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education or practical experience in business administration, communication, hospitality, tourism, or a similar field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a genuine drive to delight people and provide excellent service.
  • High motivation to learn, grow, and take on responsibility from day one.
  • Passion for good food and the ability to speak enthusiastically about our culinary offerings to inspire others.
  • Fluent French and English skills; German is a strong plus.
  • Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
  • Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
