Do you live and breathe digital growth, get excited by a well-performing campaign, and love turning clicks into customers? As our Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist based in Zurich Wiedikon, you will own FELFEL's digital growth engine – from SEO and paid performance marketing to website optimization and conversion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuously optimize our website to improve UX, structure and conversion.
- Build new landing pages with clean on-page SEO/GEO and integrated HubSpot lead forms.
- Plan, implement and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to acquire new qualified B2B leads.
- Own the paid media budget and performance reporting, and coordinate creatives and ad copy with our Creative team.
- Own SEO and GEO KPIs and continuous improvement across content, technical and off-page.
YOUR PROFILE
- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth or performance marketing – in a B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing a website end-to-end with full ownership, including hands-on experience with Squarespace as a web host.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, tracking and optimization, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, technical and off-page) and a good feeling for how AI-driven search (GEO) is changing the game.
- Experience working with HubSpot (forms, landing pages, lead tracking); HTML/CSS skills are required.
- A data-driven mindset: you love dashboards, but you also know how to turn numbers into concrete actions that improve performance.
- Strong communication skills in German and English; French is a big plus
- A proactive, ownership-driven attitude: you don’t wait to be told what to do, you spot opportunities and run with them.
