Intership Revenue Management - Coffee Supply & Demand Analyst

As an Intern in our Revenue Management team, focusing on Coffee Supply & Demand, you will play an active role in ensuring Gavetti customers always receive the right coffee supplies. Your work will help minimize food waste, maintain accurate inventories, and support smooth operations. You will collaborate closely with our sales and operations teams to prioritize customer satisfaction and consistently deliver a great experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze consumption data to precisely calculate the stocking quantities for coffee machine consumables (e.g., milk, beans).
Take ownership of the data-driven stocking process for all coffee supplies, from analyzing consumption patterns to executing efficient resource allocation.
Support the team by contributing to the weekly food newsletter.
Help keep our internal tools and information databases up to date.

YOUR PROFILE

You just completed your Bachelor and are currently in between studies, or looking for a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience
Entrepreneurial mindset – curious about how things work and always looking for ways to help the business grow
Growth-oriented – eager to develop both personally and professionally during your Internship
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent in English (German and French are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Valid EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit
Non-smoker – FELFEL is a non-smoking company; smoking during working hours or coming to work smelling of smoke is not allowed
