Internship Revenue Management - Food Supply & Demand Analyst

IN SHORT

As an Intern in our Revenue Management team, focusing on Food Supply & Demand Analysis, you will play an active role in ensuring the right amount of food reaches our FELFEL fridges. Your work will help satisfy customer needs, boost sales, and minimize food waste. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to evaluate client requests and consistently aim to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Tasks:

Run our daily stocking algorithm and analyze key performance statistics to optimize the inventory in our FELFEL fridges.
Proactively make data-driven decisions to initiate changes, reduce food waste, and maximize customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate special client requests, such as holiday adjustments or additional orders.

Projects:

Actively contribute to ongoing projects by identifying pain points, proposing creative improvements, and tracking the impact of new initiatives.
Help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our internal tools and information databases.

YOUR PROFILE

You just completed your Bachelor and are currently in between studies, or looking for a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience
Entrepreneurial mindset – curious about how things work and always looking for ways to help the business grow
Growth-oriented – eager to develop both personally and professionally during your internship
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluent in English (German and French are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Valid EU/EFTA or Swiss work permit
Non-smoker – FELFEL is a non-smoking company; smoking during working hours or coming to work smelling of smoke is not allowed
