As a bike courier, you ensure that our corporate customers in Zurich start their day with a smile and a perfectly brewed Gavetti coffee. Equipped with a cargo e-bike, you ride your individually planned route, take care of our beloved coffee machines and deliver an all-round service experience - fresh, fast and always with a good vibe. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate customer visits:

You will be on the road independently with a cargo e-bike in Zurich, look after our coffee machine locations at companies and represent Gavetti Kaffee. In doing so, you actively seek contact with our customers and respond to their questions and concerns.

Service at the Gavetti coffee machines:

Cleaning the coffee machines and ensuring that all surrounding areas are clean and hygiene guidelines are followed.
Filling materials such as coffee beans, tea, sugar and checking the milk level, with replacement if necessary.
Removal of the compostable coffee grounds bags for disposal in the warehouse.

Documentation:

Reliable documentation is essential for our internal processes: scanning products, using our delivery app, and taking photos during working hours.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your typical working day starts around 3:00 p.m. in the warehouse, where you prepare the necessary materials for your cargo e-bike. Once filled, you will start your tour and visit about 7-8 corporate clients daily, which are pre-determined.

On site, you will check the condition of the Gavetti coffee machines, fill materials such as milk, coffee beans, tea and sugar, carry out a thorough cleaning and take customer feedback. Finally, you document all the steps by scanning products, taking photos and entering the data in our delivery app.

Your working day usually ends between 8 and 9 p.m. During your shift, you will work independently, but you can always contact our dispatchers by phone or via our messaging system if necessary, who will help you with any questions or concerns.

YOUR PROFILE

Service experience or experience in the food delivery industry, where you have had contact with many customers, is a plus

Als Velokurier*in sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Firmenkunden in Zürich jeden Tag ihren Gavetti Kaffee mit einem Lächeln geniessen dürfen! Du bist eigenständig unterwegs, fährst eine individuell geplante Kundentour mit dem Cargo-E-Bike ab und kümmerst dich um den Rundum-Service unserer Kaffeemaschinen. Unsere Devise: 'Go the extra mile!' – Wir tun alles, um unsere Kunden zu begeistern.

DEINE VERANTWORTUNGEN

Firmenkundenbesuche:

Du bist eigenständig mit einem Cargo E-Bike in Zürich unterwegs, betreust unsere Kaffeemaschinen-Standorte bei Firmen und repräsentierst Gavetti Kaffee. Dabei suchst du aktiv den Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und gehst auf ihre Fragen und Anliegen ein.

Service an den Gavetti Kaffeemaschinen:

Reinigung der Kaffeemaschinen sowie Sicherstellung, dass alle umliegenden Bereiche sauber sind und die Hygienerichtlinien eingehalten werden.
Befüllen von Materialien wie Kaffeebohnen, Tee, Zucker und Überprüfen des Milchstands, mit Austausch bei Bedarf.
Entnahme der kompostierbaren Kaffeesatzsäcke zur Entsorgung im Lager.

Dokumentation:

Eine zuverlässige Dokumentation ist für unsere internen Prozesse unerlässlich: Scannen von Produkten, die Nutzung unserer Auslieferungs-App und das Erstellen von Fotos während der Arbeitszeit.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

Dein typischer Arbeitstag beginnt gegen 15.00 Uhr im Lager, wo du die benötigten Materialien für dein Cargo E-Bike vorbereitest. Nach der Befüllung startest du deine Tour und besuchst täglich etwa 7-8 Firmenkunden, die im Voraus festgelegt sind.
Vor Ort überprüfst du den Zustand der Gavetti Kaffeemaschinen, befüllst Materialien wie Milch, Kaffeebohnen, Tee und Zucker, führst eine gründliche Reinigung durch und nimmst Kundenfeedback auf. Zum Abschluss dokumentierst du alle Schritte, indem du Produkte scannst, Fotos machst und die Daten in unserer Auslieferungs-App einpflegst.
Dein Arbeitstag endet in der Regel zwischen 20 und 21 Uhr. Während deiner Schicht arbeitest du selbstständig, kannst jedoch bei Bedarf jederzeit per Telefon oder über unser Messaging-System mit unseren Dispatchern Kontakt aufnehmen, die dir bei Fragen oder Anliegen weiterhelfen.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

Serviceerfahrung oder Erfahrung in der Food-Delivery Branche, in der du Kontakt mit vielen Kunden hattest, ist ein Plus
Du lebst Customer Happiness – und bei FELFEL beginnt das immer mit einem herzlichen Lächeln. :)
Velofahren ist dein Ding, du liebst es, auf zwei Rädern durch die Stadt zu cruisen, und bist dabei immer souverän und mit Spass unterwegs, egal wie das Wetter auch sein mag.
Du liebst guten Kaffee, probierst gerne Neues und teilst dein Wissen mit Begeisterung. ;-)
